We are the unthinkable dreams of matter – 2023
In the summer of 2023, I had the honour of being invited to the Bánkitó Festival to create a pop-up project in the machine house opposite the Lake stage.
The exhibition project "We are the unimaginable dreams of matter" was related to the current theme of the event, "adaptation", and was on display during the three-day Hungarian Art and Music Festival.

"When you arrive in the Engine House, you enter another world. We are greeted by a semi-darkness, a multitude of tentacles gradually unfolding in space, an unknown being surrounding us. The abstract, airy organisms of Eszter Metzing occupy and fill the space, and we are overwhelmed by weightlessness. The intertwining, dynamic tentacles and the atmosphere created in the space create a dreamlike place where we have the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the festival and wonder: who is this creature? Where did it come from and where is it going? What is it to us? What is it showing us? How can we connect with it? The tentacle draws us in, clings to us, crawls inside us, won't let us go and accompanies us from here. It grows, evolves and changes with us towards the infinite unknown."
